This is a two-day workshop that helps individuals gain and improve their customer service skills. This workshop is ideal for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities interested in preparing for employment in retail services, gaining confidence in customer conflict resolutions, professional communication skills and customer satisfaction in proactivity.
