Lemon & Allspice
Lemon & Allspice is a social enterprise bakery and catering business creating meaningful employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Partners at Lemon & Allspice work together alongside Job Coaches to fulfill daily operations of the social enterprise, set goals, and learn new skills to support their growth in the workplace and beyond.
Since 1998, our partners have been building valuable workplace skills while preparing freshly baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and more.
Coffee Shed
The Coffee Sheds are social enterprises proudly operated by adults with developmental disabilities. Through inclusion, empowerment, and meaningful employment, this is changing the hospitality industry. Our Partners develop valuable barista and customer service skills while gaining confidence and independence in a supportive work environment.
Each Coffee Shed location offers a variety of delicious baked goods, confectionary items, fresh salads, sandwiches, and skillfully brewed coffee.
Every purchase supports inclusive employment and a more equitable community.

CleanABLE
CleanABLE is a social enterprise operated by adults who identify with a developmental disability. Established in 2010, CleanABLE is an inclusive environment where participants enhance their employment skills and gain work experience as partners in the business.
Cleanable is a high-quality sanitation and cleaning service that provides safe cleaning on high traffic services, equipment and program supplies in ABA programming, gyms, schools, and daycare settings. CleanABLE provides professional hands-on cleaning services using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and attention to details during every visit.
