Strategic Plan

Our partners, their families, and the broader community all benefit directly from our supported social enterprise initiatives and training programs. With our style of service delivery, the people we support gain confidence, skills, valuable workplace interaction, and the ability to be decisive about their futures. Their engagement in meaningful business activity positively impacts the local economy and provides an opportunity to increase the visibility of this often overlooked and underemployed segment of our community.
